Eligibility: Graduates (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply) Undergraduates with minimum 6 months experience in Voice Process (International or Non-International) Must have excellent English communication skills and strong customer service abilities Should have basic technical setup: Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection Roles & Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls for a leading global financial services client Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries Maintain high-quality standards and follow process compliance Deliver excellent customer experience while working in a remote setup
