Shifts: 24x7 (majorly night shifts)

Job Summary

We are hiring International Customer Service Associates (Voice Process) for our UHG client in Gurgaon. This is an onsite role requiring strong communication skills, flexibility with night shifts, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries and provide voice-based support.
• Deliver high-quality service with strong customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate resolution of queries within defined SLAs.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: UG / Graduate / Post Graduate (UG freshers not eligible).
• Experience: 0–3 years in International Customer Service Voice Process.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment (majorly night shifts).
