Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Voice/Chat/Email – Night Shift, WFO) We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and prior experience in a BPO environment, particularly in chat support for international clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional verbal and written communication in all customer interactions. Leverage prior BPO and application support experience to provide timely and effective solutions. Must have hands-on experience in chat support , handling international customers with professionalism and empathy. Provide support across multiple channels (Voice, Chat, and Email) as part of a blended support model. Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and excellent troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues efficiently. Willingness to work continuous night shifts and from the office (WFO) is mandatory. Exhibit excellent written communication , with a focus on clarity, grammar, and tone. Should be in good health, with no health-related constraints for self or immediate family that may impact project responsibilities post-joining. Maintain high standards of operational discipline , including adherence to hygiene protocols, (ULs), and other compliance metrics.
