Responsibilities. Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation and appointment setting. Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients. Conduct surveys and verification processes to ensure data accuracy. Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets. Requirements. Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcomed. Fluency in English is essential.
