International Business Development Manager

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Business Development Manager to expand our global footprint. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities in international markets through export-import channels. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Handle export-imp ort documentation, pricing, and negotiation with global clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and partners. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target regions. Coordinate with the production and logistics team for timely order execution. Attend and represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and online meetings. Manage B2B communication, quotation preparation, and client onboarding. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / International Trade / Chemical Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in International Business Development (preferably in chemicals or construction materials). Strong understanding of export-import processes and global market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Email Correspondence. Ability to work independently with a result-driven approach.
