Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Shashvat Jewels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international business development, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities : Research and identify potential clients, make cold calls, and build relationships to drive business growth. 2. Develop and Execute Business Development Strategies : Create and implement strategies to expand our international client base and increase revenue. 3. Build and Maintain Relationships with Clients : Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Lead Generation : Generate leads through cold calling, website inquiries, and other sources to drive business growth. 5. Sales and Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue. 6. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. 7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth. Requirements: 1. Fluent English : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. 2. MS Excel : Proficiency in MS Excel is required. 3. Cold Calling : Experience with cold calling and lead generation is essential. 4. International Business Development : Knowledge of international business development principles, practices, and procedures. 5. Lab Grown Diamond Sales Experience : Experience in selling lab-grown diamonds is preferred. Preferred Requirements: 1. US Shift Experience : Experience working in a US shift (night shift) in the gems and jewelry industry is preferred. 2. Lead Generation from Website : Experience generating leads from website inquiries is preferred. 3. Calling Experience : Experience making cold calls to generate leads and drive sales is preferred. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM (US Shift) - Saturday: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Benefits: - Transportation facility will be provided.
