AeroChamp Aviation specializes in aircraft interiors and the design, manufacturing, and certification of aircraft parts for commercial, business, and defense aviation. We provide engineering, production, and maintenance services, with expertise in handling complex modification, upgrade, and indigenization projects. Operating globally, we partner with leading OEMs and support customers across the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. Our capabilities include 2D/3D designing, CNC machining, laser cutting, fabrication, and 3D printing of complex aircraft components. AeroChamp also develops innovative products like LED aircraft lighting and 16G passenger seats, combining engineering excellence with a customer-focused approach.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Business Development Executive located in Thane. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with international clients, and conducting market research to evaluate emerging trends and opportunities. The role entails negotiating contracts, understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and representing AeroChamp at global industry events and meetings. The role requires proactive communication and a strategic approach to expand the company’s footprint worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Business development and sales skills, including client relationship management, market analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities for effective client engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Technical understanding of aviation products, services, and processes to effectively address client needs.
  • Proficiency in conducting research and crafting business strategies to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry and familiarity with international markets preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events as required.
