Job Description: Position: Inbound Customer Care Executive (International Process, Voice and Chat) Location: Phase 3, Hinjewadi, Pune Salary: Up to 40K Per Month Interview Mode: Virtual For Voice Process -- 6+ Months Experience in International BPO in Voice is Mandatory. For Chat Process -- 6+ Months Experience in International BPO in Chat is Mandatory. Key Requirements: 6+ months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory. Handling basic customer queries related to telecom bills and providing customer resolution. Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills. Basic computer knowledge.
