Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our growing team in Noida, Sector 63. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US customers, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for international (US) customers Resolve customer queries with accuracy, professionalism, and courtesy Maintain call logs, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure quality compliance Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required Maintain a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent spoken English (neutral/US accent preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in US night shift Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed, CRM usage) Prior experience in an international voice process is a plus but not mandatory Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently Perks & Benefits Lucrative incentives based on performance Attractive salary package Night shift allowance Comprehensive training provided Opportunity for career growth within the organization Safe and reliable cab facility (if applicable) Work Schedule Shift: US Night Shift Location: On-site, Noida Sector 63
