Mianro Trucking - Tele-Marketing / Onboarding On-Site Job Gera Imperium 1, Patto Plaza, Panjim, Goa 403001 Thank you for your interest in applying for the position of Trucking Tele-Marketing / Onboarding Agent with us. You must have a minimum 6 months of US B2C / B2B Cold Calling experience. Monthly base salary is offered after the interview. It is different for different people based on several factors, not limited to, your last base salary, experience, skillset and potential. Please note that working with us you make 2 kinds of money: Monthly Base Fixed Salary: You will have a fixed monthly salary. You get this amount regardless if you make sales or you don’t. How would your salary be? It would be decided on the interview call. Incentives: You make incentives as per our incentive plan based on your performance. Our Trucking Business: We, Mianro Trucking (www.mianrotrucking.com), provide dispatching services to our truckers to ensure they have daily, consistent and profitable loads, always. We handle all the paperwork and back end support and negotiations so that they focus on what they do best, which is to drive and deliver loads. Trucking Onboarding Agent: As a Trucking Onboarding Agent you will make outbound calls, send emails and text to outreach truckers to offer our dispatching service and sign them up for it. You provide them all the information about our services and complete onboarding paperwork with the truckers. You must have a minimum 2 years of tele-sales experience with any US B2C/B2B project. Working hours are Monday to Friday. 8:00 pm IST to 6:00 am IST. This includes 1 hour of break time. 30 minutes for lunch and 2 breaks of 15 minutes. Dinner and tea/coffee is provided at the office. About salary & incentives: You will have a monthly base that is paid on the 10th of every month for the days that you work the previous month. The monthly base salary amount will be decided once we meet you on Zoom for your interview. Monthly Incentives: Besides the base salary, you will have the opportunity to make monthly incentives in the range of Rs. 5000 to Rs. 20000. Here is the incentive plan for the current month:
