Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to join our healthcare backend operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing healthcare-related data accurately, supporting international clients, and adhering to industry-specific standards and turnaround times. Key Responsibilities: Process medical records, insurance claims, or healthcare data as per client requirements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information while handling sensitive patient or provider data. Adhere to defined guidelines, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain confidentiality and data security as per organizational and regulatory norms. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Average communication skills in English (written and basic verbal). Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word) and computer operations. Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts, as per international time zones. Prior experience in healthcare backend or BPO operations is preferred but not mandatory. B.Tech/B.E. and Postgraduate freshers are not eligible for this role. Preferred Attributes: Knowledge of healthcare terminology or prior exposure to US healthcare processes (RCM, medical billing, claims processing, etc.) Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent output. Good team player with a process-oriented mindset.
