About the Role

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and process automation while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations. Candidates with prior APAC region exposure (Singapore, Dubai) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and journal entries.
  • Ensure accurate month-end closing, journal postings, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee revenue and expense recognition in line with GAAP standards.
  • Prepare financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
  • Support budget preparation and assist department heads in financial planning and tracking.
  • Coordinate external audits and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow and investment balances, ensuring optimal fund management.
  • Streamline financial processes by implementing and training staff on finance software tools.
  • Handle administrative activities such as tax registrations and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s/CA Inter preferred).
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting; manufacturing industry background preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally / SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
  • Experience handling annual audits and preparing financial statements.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and team-focused with a commitment to accuracy and integrity
