Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Accommodation Counsellor based in Noida. The International Accommodation Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to international students in finding suitable accommodation. Day-to-day tasks include assisting students with accommodation options, managing relationships with housing providers, and ensuring seamless check-ins and issue resolution. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of housing options and regulations and providing excellent customer service to students.

Qualifications

• Experience in counselling, guidance, and providing support to international students
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of housing regulations and options in international study destinations
• Experience in managing relationships with housing providers and property managers
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and provide hands-on support to students
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in education or accommodation services is beneficial
