Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and dynamic

Internal Content Creator

to join our team. This is a

hybrid role

, blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You’ll be responsible for driving Passionbits’ brand presence online through engaging content, storytelling, and brand pitching. If you love creating, have a strong social media presence, and know how to make a brand stand out—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, create, and publish high-quality content (video, reels, posts, blogs) aligned with Passionbits’ brand voice.
  • Build and maintain a consistent online presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that engage and attract creators, clients, and partners.
  • Pitch creative brand ideas internally and externally to strengthen Passionbits’ positioning.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth and visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and content formats to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital storytelling.
  • Strong personal online presence on social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to pitch and execute brand-building campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
