Job Description

Internal audit framework and planning Develop and implement a robust Internal Audit framework and define Audit policies covering all functions based on industry best practices and consolidating technical and non-technical risks Provide expert advice to the management on statutory matters having a bearing on the company Develop a framework for Management Information Reporting; Constantly update the framework based on the Organizational reporting needs Provide functional guidance to ensure standardization of Internal Audit & MIS practices across the Organization Manage the Internal Audit process including plan preparation, organization of timelines and milestones, planning phase in the field, execution of fieldwork and presentation of findings to the Top Management Compliance Oversee timely conclusion of Audits and closure of issues raised during the Audit; Present Internal Audit reports and updates to the Top Management Ensure compliance to all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements in all department-specific activities Audit outcome and impact analysis Evaluate impact of evolving legal and statutory regulations on the organizations operations and investments Provide inputs to the Top Management for development of action plans to achieve visible improvements to controls, risk management and business processes; Monitor the progress of these action plans Periodically scan the environment for amendments and changes in statutory / regulatory requirements and ensure organization readiness to implement suggested changes
