Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive internal audits across Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and HR departments.
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, gaps, and actionable recommendations.
Work closely with department heads to facilitate corrective actions and process improvements.
Assist in designing, updating, and enhancing audit procedures, methodologies, and checklists.
Monitor open audit issues and follow up regularly to ensure timely closure.
Support external audits, statutory reviews, and regulatory inspections as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Tally; exposure to Mednet, PCare, and Azure Cloud-based systems will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
