Internal Audit (Compliance, Risk & Quality Audit)

As an Associate at MSI Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be part of the Internal Audit team responsible for evaluating and assessing the company's internal controls, processes, and procedures. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying risks, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Verifying the Docs processed by invoicing team with standard procedure - Generating periodical compliance reports - Processing the Internal Branch transfers as per the business requirements - Working on different audits processes of supply chain, including freight, open Sales/Purchase Orders, local purchases, and shipped status - Validating the documents uploaded in the system with standard procedure - Serving as a liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues - Providing information and assistance to inventory and warehouse personnel for the expeditious processing of damaged and defective merchandise - Performing additional duties as required or requested Qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in an INTERNATIONAL BPO, with specialization in Order Management preferred - Strong relationship management skills for liaising with customers and US stakeholders - Ability to multitask, prioritize, learn, and be flexible - Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with all levels of employees and management - Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, and optionally Access - Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills - Ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels with minimal supervision, taking accountability for issues until final resolution Join MSI Services Pvt.
