Location: WFO |(On-site) Jaipur

Stipend: ₹20,000/- to 25,000/- PM (depending on the assessment & skills)

Duration: 2 to 6 months. The duration of this internship depends on the academic calendar/schedule, on the internship policy of the college & also on the semester/year of the students, in which they are. It can be further extended depending on the mutual discussion & agreement.

You’ll work closely with a diverse team of AI Engineers and Backend Developers to turn real customer problems into shipped products.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

· Design, build, and ship AI agents that use tools/functions, retrieval (RAG), and multi‑step reasoning; integrate with product backends and third‑party APIs.

· Backend & Database services: design REST/GraphQL APIs, data models, caching, async jobs/queues, and integrations; write clean, testable code.

· Production readiness: containerize with Docker, set up CI/CD, add logging/metrics/alerts, handle secrets, ensure reliability/performance.

· Retrieval & data: build embedding pipelines, chunking strategies, and vector search (e.g., FAISS/Pinecone); manage datasets and data quality.

· Human‑centric & ethical AI: consider bias, transparency, explainability, and human‑in‑the‑loop reviews for sensitive decisions.

· Collaboration: pair with AI engineers and backend developers daily; partner with Product/Design for scoping; write docs and present demos.

· Move fast: plan sprints, break down deliverables, communicate risks early, and ship iteratively.

Must‑have Qualifications

· Strong in Python or Node.js/TypeScript; solid grasp of data structures/algorithms and API fundamentals.

· Hands‑on with LLM tooling (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, function/tool calling), prompt engineering, and RAG basics.

· Backend foundations: REST/GraphQL, SQL (e.g., Postgres/MySQL), basic NoSQL, authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth), and testing.

· Comfortable with Git, Docker, and Self-hosted services.

· Frontend familiarity (Next.js) for basic Integrations.

· Clear written & verbal communication; bias toward ownership and shipping.

Nice‑to‑have

· Experience building agents with tools (structured outputs), orchestration, or workflows; websockets/streaming.

· Vector DBs and retrieval tuning (FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant), chunking/embedding strategies.

· Observability (OpenTelemetry), evaluation platforms (e.g., LangSmith/Ragas), and experiment tracking.

Eligibility

· 3rd/4th Year or recent graduates in CS/EE/Math or equivalent practical experience.

· Available full‑time, no other coursework for 3–6 months; 6‑day availability (Mon–Sat) in IST.
