SheCity India is a citizen-led platform reshaping how we think about gender and urban life. We believe cities must be designed with the lived experiences of women, girls, children, and caregivers at the centre. Our work brings hidden gaps in urban design and public space to light through research, community stories, and practical tools. We’re a young organisation, and this is an opportunity to grow with us as we build something meaningful from the ground up.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating content and cares about gender justice and inclusive cities.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong video editing skills
• Comfort with Canva and Adobe Creative for social media posts, infographics, and short-form content
• Interest in gender, cities, and development
• Curiosity, creativity, and initiative

What you will work on:

• Editing short and long-form videos and visual content for our social media platforms
• Posts, newsletters, and storytelling
• Brainstorming ideas for campaigns and digital growth
• Working closely with the core team as SheCity India expands its presence
