Recykal is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department with various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and improve organizational efficiency in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Help maintain and update employee records in HR databases. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Coordinate training and development programs. Handle HR administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, drafting emails, and managing HR files. Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics. Support payroll and benefits administration, if required. Participate in other HR projects as assigned. Preferred candidate profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
