About Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad (RICH):


Launched in 2017 as a first-of-its-kind initiative by the Government of Telangana, RICH has been established to bridge the gap between research and real-world applications by enabling collaboration among research and academic institutions, industry, startups, hospitals and government bodies. RICH also serves as Hyderabad’s Science and Technology Cluster, under a national initiative led by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. In this capacity, RICH drives multidisciplinary projects to address complex local and national challenges.


RICH aims to catalyse an ecosystem that empowers innovators to transform scientific research into impactful solutions that generate wealth, employment, and create social good, and strives to foster innovation that advances society, through effective use of science and technology.


Role Description

As the Life Sciences Project Management Intern, you will assist in planning, coordination, and execution of programs & initiatives in the Life Sciences domain. You will support the project team in day-to-day tasks, stakeholder communication, documentation, monitoring, and event coordination. This role offers exposure to ecosystem building, innovation programs, and strategic operations. Your day-to-day role includes:


  • Stakeholder Coordination

    : Assist in liaising with startups, industry partners, hospitals, and academia; schedule and manage meetings, prepare briefs, and track follow-ups.
  • Program Implementation

    : Assist in rolling out flagship programs and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of planned activities.
  • Calendar & Workflow Management

    : Maintain program calendars, coordinate timelines, and help streamline task management for the team.
  • Event & Workshop Support

    : Coordinate logistics and communications for workshops, webinars, and immersion sessions.
  • Documentation & Reporting

    : Draft meeting notes, prepare status updates, and support in creating program-related decks/reports.
  • Operational Support

    : Handle day-to-day coordination tasks, data entry, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Recent graduates/postgraduates preferably from the Life Sciences/Public Health background and interested in program management, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare/startup ecosystems.
  • Strong skills in organization, communication, and multitasking.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Duration
