Data-Driven Decision Making - Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or internal dashboards to track performance and identify improvement areas. User Experience Feature Development - Work with UI/UX and engineering teams to enhance user journeys and optimize product functionality. Project Coordination - Assist in managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution. Stakeholder Communication - Collaborate with teams across engineering, marketing, and operations to drive product success. A/B Testing Experimentation - Help set up and analyze experiments to optimize user engagement and feature performance. Product Documentation Reporting - Maintain product specs, user stories, and performance reports. Must-Have Skills Qualifications Analytical Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical thinking to break down complex problems. Proficiency in Excel, SQL (preferred), and data visualization tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel. User-Centric Mindset Ability to empathize with users and identify pain points. Interest in conducting user interviews, surveys, or usability testing. Communication Stakeholder Management Ability to present product insights effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Tech Product Enthusiasm Interest in E-commerce, Cashback, Influencer Marketing, or FinTech.
