Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Cloud Operations team. This role focuses on supporting infrastructure-related activities in cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) across platforms like

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  .
• Support routine operational tasks such as

  patching, backups, and resource optimization

  .
• Help in

  incident management and troubleshooting

  for cloud services.
• Work with the team to implement

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  using tools like

  Terraform or ARM templates

  .
• Participate in

  cost optimization and performance tuning

  activities.
• Document processes, configurations, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with

  cloud security standards

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of

  cloud computing concepts

  (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Familiarity with

  Linux/Windows administration

  .
• Knowledge of

  networking fundamentals

  (DNS, VPN, firewalls).
• Exposure to

  scripting languages

  (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
