Intern, Marketing, Kvadrat A/S

Kvadrat is looking for a highly motivated intern to join the marketing team in the Kvadrat Copenhagen showroom. Our interns are offered hands-on work experience and a guided insight into our business, its values and how we function.

The purpose is to provide the candidate with an opportunity to gain valuable working experience in communication projects, events, public relations and social media. You will be involved in the day-to-day assistance and work closely with the team.

Internship tasks

• Assist in daily monitoring for Social media and online and printed media
• Assist at photoshoots with preparations and on location
• Curate user-generated content for social media
• Reporting on press and social media activity
• General social media support: copywriting and other content creation
• General PR support: assist with press requests and much more
• Support in logistics and event coordination
• Assist with influencer marketing
• Daily support with PR and social media admin

The ideal candidate

• English is our corporate language – fluency is essential, both written and oral.
• The internship is based in our showroom in Copenhagen.
• Ideal candidate should stay for 3-6 months and be enrolled in university/school
• Have basic skills and ability to work adobe suite programs, mainly InDesign and PhotoShop
• Solution-oriented with a proactive attitude and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications
• A desire to learn from all members of the marketing team
• Relevant studies in marketing, communication or digital marketing is an prerequisite
