Job Title: Legal Intern – Corporate & Investment Law Location: On-site | Corporate Office, Lex Rangers, Gurgaon Duration: 1 to 3 Months Mode: Full-time Internship About Lex Rangers: Lex Rangers is a full-service corporate law firm providing strategic legal and financial advisory with a core focus on startup ecosystems, private equity, venture capital, and M&A transactions. We assist clients across the spectrum of legal structuring, fund formation, investment documentation, regulatory compliance, and ongoing corporate governance. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team at our Gurgaon office. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate law, with a specific focus on startup transactions, private equity/venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in reviewing, summarizing, and drafting general corporate agreements and commercial contracts. • Support the team in conducting due diligence and preparing reports in connection with PE/VC transactions. • Review company incorporation documents, statutory records, and compliance documentation. • Assist in drafting, vetting, and proof-reading transaction documents including term sheets, shareholder agreements, and share subscription agreements. • Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory matters. • Participate in internal discussions and brainstorming sessions on transaction structuring. Eligibility Criteria: • 3rd year or above law student from a reputed law school (5-year program) or 2nd year and above (3-year program). • Strong interest in corporate law, startup law, and investment transactions. • Prior internship experience in a corporate law firm or in-house legal team (preferred). • Excellent command over written and spoken English. • Proficient in legal research and MS Office tools.
