Assist in coordinating with insurance agencies for collecting and reviewing Terms & Conditions of policies and premium details.
Support the team in the onboarding and renewal process of insurance agencies.
Help in tracking and verifying approvals of credit limits from insurance partners before client onboarding.
Maintain and share relevant MIS reports and data files with insurance agencies as per defined timelines.
Assist in the timely filing of NNPs and claims, and support documentation required for claim settlements.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of SOPs and internal policies for end-to-end insurance processes, including data management and reporting related to NNPs and claims.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic data management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
