About eHandler

eHandler is a rapidly growing logistics and warehousing solutions provider specializing in B2B cargo movements and B2C e-commerce fulfillment. We support brands with technology-driven storage, shipping, and last-mile logistics. We are now expanding our digital presence and seeking a proactive intern to support our marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Intern will assist in executing our online marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and enhance engagement across digital channels. The role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and a willingness to learn the dynamics of logistics and e-commerce marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Assist in planning, drafting, and publishing content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Create short-form content (Reels, stories, carousels) relevant to logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

2. Performance Marketing Support

  • Work with senior managers to set up and optimize META and Google campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research for lead-generation and brand-awareness campaigns.
  • Track daily campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

3. Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Draft captions, blogs, landing page copy, and emailer content for outreach.
  • Convert technical logistics concepts into simple and engaging messaging.

4. Website & SEO Support

  • Assist in updating website pages, product details, and service descriptions.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and publish SEO-driven blogs.
  • Monitor rankings and prepare weekly performance updates.

5. CRM & Lead Handling

  • Update CRM with incoming leads from website, ads, and social media.
  • Assist in nurturing leads via email & WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Support in generating monthly lead analytics dashboards.

6. Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers for creatives, banners, and ads.
  • Brief creatives using structured inputs: objective, format, copy, CTA, and mood-board.

7. Market & Competitor Research

  • Research logistics startups, warehousing solutions, and D2C fulfillment companies.
  • Prepare benchmarking reports for positioning eHandler competitively.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Ads).
  • Ability to draft professional and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn marketing tools.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field.
