Job Description Working on data management Working on attendance and leave tracking Working on end to end exit management (exit interviews, exit clearance, FNF) Partner with other People Ops team members to support the execution of critical work cycles Working on employee query handling for different processes (Reimbursement, referrals, etc.) Conducting and planning trainings, engagement sessions, Rewards & Recognition sessions etc. Building and strengthening the delivery and execution of People Ops activities that enhance employee experience. Qualifications HR Enthusiasts Proficiency in Google Suite Be both a thinker and a doer Excellent communication and possess attention to detail Comfortable with navigating uncertainty and working in unstructured environment.
