About the job Job Title: Internship – Job Application Assistant for Professional Accountants Location: Remote Type: Internship (Part-Time/Flexible Hours) Duration: 2-3 Months (with potential for extension) About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to assist in applying for job opportunities on behalf of qualified professional accountants. This role involves navigating job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms to submit tailored job applications efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Search for relevant job openings on LinkedIn and other job portals. Apply for roles on behalf of qualified professional accountants using pre-approved resumes and cover letters. Customize applications when needed, based on job descriptions. Maintain a log of all applications submitted, including job titles, companies, dates, and responses. Communicate regularly with supervisors for updates and clarifications. Ensure all applications are submitted in a timely and organized manner. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of job application processes and job portals (especially LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality. Good communication skills in English. Familiarity with accounting roles and keywords is a plus.
