Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Intern in Client Relations located in Noida. The intern will handle day-to-day tasks such as maintaining client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer support. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, communicating effectively, and assisting in the smooth on-boarding of workers.

• Experience in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
• Customer Support experience
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
