Company Name: FlatX – India’s Smart Renting Platform Job Title :- Intern : Business Devoloment Location: 5th Floor, Maurya Lok Complex, Block A, Patna, Bihar Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month Duration: 3 to 6 Months Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Education: Graduate / Final Year Student (Any Stream) Internship Type: Full-Time, In-Office Experience: Freshers About FlatX: FlatX is an AI-powered PropTech startup revolutionizing the room and flat rental experience in India, especially across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. We directly connect tenants with property owners, eliminating broker commissions, and offering services like 360° virtual room tours, rent payment, verification, and more—all on one platform. FlatX is backed by Startup Bihar and incubated at IIT Patna. About the Internship: We are looking for passionate and self-driven Business Development Interns to join our growing team. This internship is ideal for individuals who want to explore a career in sales, client acquisition, and startup operations.
