Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate Frontend Developer with a focus on VueJS to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to building and maintaining responsive, high-quality web applications and collaborate closely with designers and backend developers. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Development: Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using VueJS (Vue 3+). Work with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into clean, efficient code. Ensure consistent application of design standards and user experience best practices. Performance & Testing: Optimise web applications for speed and scalability. Contribute to automated testing efforts using modern testing frameworks. Assist in identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks. Collaboration: Participate in regular code reviews and team meetings. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality. Keep up-to-date with emerging frontend trends and technologies. Technical Requirements Frontend Development: Proficient in VueJS (version 3 or later) and modern JavaScript (ES6+) with an understanding in the Composition API. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with component-based architecture and state management (Pinia or Vuex). Basic TypeScript knowledge is desirable Tooling & Testing: Experience with modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack and version control systems (Git) Exposure to automated testing frameworks like Jest, Vitest or Cypress Basic knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and metrics Security Practices: Awareness of common web vulnerabilities and basic mitigation techniques. Core Requirements Experience: 2-4 years of frontend development experience with a focus on VueJS. Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills.
