Interior Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Interior Supervisor to manage and supervise interior fit-out works on-site for our design and build projects. The candidate will ensure smooth on-site execution of residential, commercial, or retail interior projects in line with the design intent, timelines, and quality standards of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities related to interior fit-out, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, modular furniture, and soft furnishings.
• Coordinate with in-house designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
• Interpret and execute interior drawings, BOQs, and technical details on-site.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications and material standards.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports including material usage, labor deployment, and progress status.
• Handle on-site problem solving, technical clarifications, and sequencing of work.
• Maintain site discipline, safety protocols, and cleanliness at all times.
• Perform quality checks and coordinate snag rectification before project handover.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision within an interior design or fit-out firm.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior finishes, including modular and custom furniture.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Practical knowledge of MEP coordination as it relates to interior works.
• Good communication and coordination skills to interact with labor, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
