Interior Site supervisor

Position: Interior Site Supervisor (3-5 Month on a Project Basis)

Location: Pune

Roles and responsibilities:

The Interior Site Supervisor supports the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects by coordinating all aspects of execution—covering flooring, HVAC (central air conditioning), painting, furniture, and other finishes. The role acts as a communication link between clients, design teams, vendors, and site supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on all interior works, including:
• Flooring installation (tiles, wood, vinyl, carpet)
• Central air conditioning systems (ducting, AC unit placement, etc.)
• Painting and surface finishes
• Furniture installation (modular and custom-built)
• Liaise between designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and track activity progress.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for each work stage.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure work is done as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Support quality control and assist site supervisors with on-site decisions.
• Prepare project reports, coordinate client approvals, and follow up on snagging and rectifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/diploma in interior design, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out project coordination.
• Working knowledge of interior finishing materials and services (flooring, HVAC, painting, furniture).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
