Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise day-to-day on-site interior execution work. Coordinate with designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors. Ensure work is completed as per design, specifications, and within timeline. Maintain quality standards, monitor materials usage, and manage labor force. Resolve site issues and report daily progress to the project manager or design team. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Review and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in interior project supervision or execution. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiar with materials, finishes, and modern construction practices. Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and reporting.
