Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, based in Pune. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee on-site construction and design implementation, ensuring all projects are executed as per design specifications and within timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams, monitoring quality and progress, solving on-site issues, maintaining safety standards, and providing regular updates to the project manager. The role requires managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination
• Strong knowledge of interior design implementation, materials, and construction techniques
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans
• Problem-solving skills to effectively handle on-site challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and basic understanding of MS Office
• Relevant experience in site supervision for interior design or construction projects
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Attention to detail, time management, and dedication to meeting project deadlines
