Job Description:

Marysadan Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Interior Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will supervise and execute interior works while ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute interior works including carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, and joinery.
• Implement architectural and interior drawings accurately.
• Maintain quality, materials, and specifications on site.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, vendors, and workforce.
• Track material requirements, consumption, and report shortages.
• Monitor site progress to meet timelines and finishing standards.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in interior fit-out execution.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials: plywood, laminates, veneers, ACP, hardware, false ceilings, paints, tiles, sanitary items, etc.
• Good understanding of BOQ, drawings, and measurement sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and solve on-site issues independently.
• Strong sense of quality, finishing, and time management.
