Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee all site operations related to interior projects, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. Manage a team of workers, including contractors and laborers, to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications. Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to project plans and drawings. Ensure all safety measures are followed, and maintain a safe working environment. Inspect materials, tools, and equipment used on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage and schedule deliveries, ensuring materials arrive on time and are stored appropriately. Conduct regular site meetings with project teams to provide updates and resolve any issues. Review and approve work quality and report any delays or problems to management. Ensure the site complies with all local building codes, regulations, and permits. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior design or construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior design processes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical plans. Knowledge of safety standards and building codes. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently under pressure. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Experience with project management software and other tools for scheduling and tracking progress. Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-friendly materials in interior design.
