Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, located in Mumbai. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with project managers and contractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing site activities, and maintaining safety protocols. The role also involves monitoring project progress, scheduling tasks, and ensuring that work is completed according to the timeline and budget. Qualifications Experience in site supervision, project management, and coordination Knowledge of interiors, Gypsum work, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical work, Air Conditioning, Painting, and Civil work Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and blueprints A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred Prior experience in the interior design or construction industry is beneficial Show more Show less
