Interior Projects Head

Job Title: Projects Head Company: Ciao Green Pvt Ltd, Interior Design and Build Location: Bengalore Reports to: Director/CEO Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Projects Head to oversee and lead our project management team, ensuring successful execution of interior design and build projects for office spaces. You'll be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and quality, while leading a team of project managers and coordinators. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the project management team to ensure successful project execution - Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards - Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources - Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory norms, and company policies - Collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery - Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope changes - Develop and implement project management processes and best practices - Monitor project progress, reporting to senior management and clients as required Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field - 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Experience in managing interior design and build projects for office spaces - Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Preferred Skills: - Experience with project management software (e.g., Asahi, Trello, MS Project) - Knowledge of Indian construction regulations and standards - Experience with BIM and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and professional development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Comprehensive benefits package
