INTERIOR DESIGNER Job Description: We are a leading real estate company in Kerala, engaged in sales and construction for high-rise apartments, shopping malls, and luxury villas having projects in Trivandrum, Kochi, Thrissur, Guruvayoor, and Palakkad, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand in the industry. We are currently looking for an Interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent creativity, and a strong ability to turn client visions into stunning interior spaces. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing the entire design process, from concept to completion. Responsibilities 1. Outline client design objectives. 2. Conceptualize and sketch design plans. 3. Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase. 4. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. 5. Source materials and products included in plans. 6. Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. 7. Utilize computer applications in the AutoCAD and SD then excel. 8. Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. 9. Undertake design project from concept to completion 10. Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project 11. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans 12. Negotiate fees and set schedules for the project 13. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing 14. Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements 15. Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors 16. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices 17. Arrange Labors 18. Site Supervising. 19. Estimation Preparation /square feet calculation 20. Drawing Preparation/2D and 3D 21. Customer/Client Handling. 22. Material/ Stock Check & Record Keeping. Requirements - well experience in all areas of interior designing. Salary packages -Rs20,000 to Rs.30000 Qualification : · B.Sc in Interior Design Experience – 3 years in same field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Interior design: 3 years (Preferred)
