Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Interior design for luxury residential projects from concept to completion. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for client approval. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to integrate design with construction. Responsible for adhering the budgets and ensure high-quality execution. Source and specify materials, furniture, and accessories. Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and project progress. Manage client relationships and provide updates throughout the design process. Preferred candidate profile Male candidate preferred. Business Acumen: Possess strong business acumen, understands the core business principles, internal and external operations, and the goals of the organization. Taking a proactive, positive, and flexible approach with the ability of managing time effectively, setting priorities, and multitasking with strong attention to details. Communicator: The capacity to convince and influence others, particularly in situations requiring diplomacy and tact. Critical Evaluation: The ability to make critical evaluations whether it is for resolving conflicts or dealing with employee grievances.
