Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Interior Designer located in Mumbai. Proven track record of working with residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Design Planning: Conceptualize and develop design plans, including space configurations, layouts, and material selections. Material and Furnishing Selection: Choose appropriate materials, colors, textures, furniture, lighting, and accessories to suit the client's needs and preferences. Technical Skills: Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications for construction. Project Management: Oversee project progress, manage timelines, purchase orders, and deliveries. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Coordination: Liaise with contractors, engineers, and specialists on-site to ensure successful project implementation. Budgeting: Estimate project costs and manage the budget effectively. Problem Solving: Address design challenges and find innovative solutions Creativity: Generate innovative and visually appealing designs Software Skills Required AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Lumion, MS office, Knowledge of REVIT would be an advantage.
