Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer at Panthaki Architects, you will be responsible for participating in every step of the design process. This includes conceptualization, detailed planning, material selection, creating design presentations, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for project execution. Your duties will also involve ensuring alignment with clients" vision, adhering to timelines and budgets, and maintaining design quality and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in conceptualization and detailed planning of interior design projects - Select appropriate materials and colors to enhance project outcomes - Create design presentations to effectively communicate ideas to clients - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the successful execution of projects - Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and design quality standards Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in interior design, space planning, and visualization tools - Strong technical skills in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering programs - Excellent ability in material selection, color theory, and creative conceptualization - Effective project management skills, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and timeline management - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Flexibility to work collaboratively with the team and independently - Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage,
