Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer to join our on-site team in Pune. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and overseeing interior designs for various spaces, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Key responsibilities include space planning, developing construction drawings, selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and collaborating with architects and project managers to ensure successful execution of designs. The role requires a strong eye for detail, a creative mindset, and excellent project coordination skills.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and ability to optimize the functional layout of spaces
Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and selection of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
Proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Understanding of material sourcing and vendor coordination
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Professional experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors preferred
