Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales (Online & Retail): Manage online product listings and product descriptions. Assist customers in-store and online with design advice and product recommendations. Drive online sales through campaigns and virtual consultations. 2. Operations & Inventory: Oversee inventory, ensuring popular items are stocked. Coordinate product deliveries and installations. 3. Collaboration & Marketing: Work with marketing to create campaigns and in-store displays. Stay updated on design trends to guide product selections. 4. Client Relationship Management: Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat business. Handle returns and exchanges efficiently. Skills Required: Strong interior design knowledge.
