What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a flair for commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys crafting functional yet aesthetic spaces, and understands the pulse of commercial design trends. Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and design layouts for commercial interiors (offices, retail spaces, coworking hubs, etc.). • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather design requirements and project goals. • Prepare and present design pitches using 2D/3D visualizations, mock-ups, and renderings. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution. • Stay updated with materials, finishes, and space planning innovations in the commercial space. • Ensure that designs are in compliance with safety codes, budgets, and timelines. • Support marketing and BD teams with design inputs during client proposals and presentations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. • 3–5 years of experience in commercial interior projects. • Strong portfolio showcasing commercial work (corporate, retail, hospitality, etc.). • Familiarity with design software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Rhino, etc. • Understanding of commercial space planning, detailing, and project execution. Required Skills : • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. • Excellent visual and verbal communication skills. • Strong presentation and client handling capabilities. • Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
