Interior Designer

Position: Interior Designer / CAD Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer / CAD Designer to manage all aspects of design as per client requirements. The role involves creating innovative design concepts, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations while ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on sketches, references, and mood boards to develop design concepts.
• Provide planning options, drawings, and visualizations using CAD programs.
• Revise and update designs based on client feedback.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings, 3D visuals, renderings, and layout plans with detailed specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, including:
• Furniture layout
• Electrical plan
• Plumbing plan
• Ceiling plan
• Flooring layout
• Wall elevations and cross-sections
• Re-plan blueprints and prepare existing wall layouts.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare documentation.
• Ensure adherence to interior design and engineering drawing standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Result Area

• Ensure customer requirements are met with accurate and timely delivery of design solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Diploma in Interior Designing.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, including layer systems, Xrefs, and dynamic blocks.
• Proficiency in design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc.
• Experience in preparing production and detailed construction drawings.
• Knowledge of M&E, materials, furniture, carpentry systems, and detailing is a plus.

• Creative design thinking and visualization skills.
• Strong technical knowledge in CAD drafting and 3D rendering.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
