We are seeking experienced Interior Designers specializing in commercial fit-out projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of commercial interior design, space planning, and execution, with a track record of successful corporate or office interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop space planning, layout design, and 3D visualizations for commercial interiors Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and material schedules Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure design execution as per standards Manage client presentations and ensure design requirements are clearly understood and met Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes aligned with design concepts Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budget parameters Provide creative solutions to spatial challenges within commercial spaces Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Strong portfolio of commercial interior fit-out projects (corporate offices, co-working spaces, etc.) Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office Strong understanding of commercial space functionality and aesthetics Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills Show more Show less
