Interior client manager - male

As our Interior Client Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, guiding them through the entire interior design journey from initial concept to final execution. Your role is crucial in ensuring clear communication, managing client expectations, and ensuring that their vision is understood and delivered upon successfully within established timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate all project elements, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, to ensure seamless execution.
• Requirements Gathering: Meet with new and existing clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
• Communication & Presentation: Effectively communicate design concepts, project progress, and potential issues to clients and internal teams. Prepare presentations and mood boards for client approval.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address any issues or delays that may arise during the project, finding practical solutions while keeping client satisfaction a priority.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all project documentation, schedules, and reports are accurate and regularly updated for both clients and senior management.
• Quality Control: Conduct on-site observations and final inspections to ensure the design vision and quality standards are met at project completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in client management, project coordination, or a similar role within the interior design or construction industry is highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential for effectively articulating ideas and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Highly creative, detail-oriented, and an excellent problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work under pressure.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of design principles, materials, finishes, and the construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the interior design or related industries.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Creativity and an eye for design aesthetics.
• Proficiency in creating marketing materials and managing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
